Couples have been getting married at Nkuthu Gardens for over 12 years and each wedding remains unique. We are able to accommodate weddings for up to 200 people in our venue.

The wedding ceremony is held under a canopied gazebo on an island in the middle of the Inkuthu River. If you prefer an evening wedding, the ornate chandeliers can light up the moment you take your vows. The canopy ensures that your guests are protected from the elements.

Nkuthu Gardens is located on 7 acres of pristine gardens and natural forest, and this makes for magical photographs. Your guests can enjoy drinks and canapés while your photographer captures the joy of your unique day.

The thatched Boma is the venue for main reception and can seat 200 people. It is draped to give a magical blend between ethnic and elegant. We can give you advise on everything from your colour scheme to flowers to centrepieces. Unique menus can be arranged for your taste, and we will do our utmost to ensure that your wedding guests enjoy the day as much as you do.

Nkuthu Gardens offers a full wedding planning service where we will help you to source photographers, florists, designers, ministers, DJ’s and so much more. Our team will take the stress our of your big day and leave only the magic behind. We also have nine bed and breakfast rooms for those guests who want to stay the night.

Our honeymoon cabin has recently been revamped and is overflowing with rustic, romantic charm. Spend your wedding night in great comfort and enjoy a full breakfast the next morning.
